• The prices attached are only available to agreed agencies. 

• Agency bookings are NOT accepted in Jul & August

• Agency reservations must be made in writing to: events@metrogrupo.com and a confirmation will be sent back. 

• Prepayment by invoice is required at least 5 working days in advance. 

• Reservations are dependant on availability. 

• Reservation date changes may only be allowed, depending on availability

• Drunken and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
