• Agency reservations must be made in writing to: events@metrogrupo.com and a confirmation will be sent back. 

• Prepayment by invoice is required at least 5 working days in advance. 

• Reservations are dependant on availability. 

• Reservations are not available June, July or August as it is too busy.

• Reservation time changes may only be allowed, depending on availability

• The table reserved is guaranteed for 15 minutes only. If the group turns up more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse entry, or they must wait until a table is available.

• For delays, they must contact the restaurant directly.

• Fancy dress is accepted. 

• Drunken and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. We are a family friendly restaurant.
